In May of 2008, having been Sapphire members of Club Class Holidays for 5 years, we felt we were seriously misled when we paid £5000 to upgrade our membership to Club Class Concierge through a marketing company called Great British Marketing in Fanabe Tenerife.
We reported this to the Office of Fair Trading with copies of everything we signed and received. The European Consumer Centre tried to help us, but they had no feedback from both Club Class Concierge and Great British Marketing.
We decided in the end to draw a line over our experiences , as it became very time consuming writing letters, phone calls and emails to Club Class Concierge and its marketing company.
Since then, we have gone back to camping for our own holidays, in our own country. There is also less people out to scam us and better protection from British law.
