    hello,my wife and I have booked a 1 bedroom apartment at your resort from June 16th through to the 23rd, we will not be arriving until 2100hrs approx.we also wondered if we could be given a front facing,balcony room.We have no problem with stairs and are looking forward to staying here again.     Ola, we are due to arrive at your resort on Friday 29th October for two weeks.
    As a regular visitor to your complex I would like to request when you allocate our accommodation that we stay in one of the higher level 1 bed appartments (on the first or second floor).
    Could you pleases acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this request.
