The resales list for Club Bena Vista seems rather short – surely there are a lot more weeks available for purchase?

If I wanted to sell my week what would the process be and what sort of price should I ask for it. I have a week in February at Bena Vista? I have not defintely decided to sell, but am just interested as it is an option I may need to look at.

I am interested in selling my week 13 @ Las Brisas, villa no. 46,and was wondering if your re-sale team would be interested. I have had unfortunate, and expensive, experience with re-sale companies in the past; knowing Chris foe many years at the resort I know I can trust him and the team at Las Brisas.
