    If you are implying that due to the reduced number of owners/defaulters the burden of running thr resort will fall on the remaining owners then measures must be put in place to limit the damage. We can see the logic in moth balling some of the units albeit for six months of the year based on your concern for the weeks between October aand March that seem to be the biggest concern.
    For mour part we purchased our week 16 @ BV10AA because of the garden and would find it very difficult to swap to something as good or similar.
